Since our launch in 2014, we have brewed more than 750 distinct recipes — The sky is the limit!

We believe that stellar beer starts with quality ingredients, that’s why we consider our investment in quality malt, hops, yeast pitches, and other brewing ingredients like fruit and spices, to be just the beginning. We’re also dedicated to providing great jobs in a fun, professional environment, with all members of our staff receiving continuing beer and brewing education. It all adds up to Dark Sky Brewing crafting local beer that is as delicious as possible!

We innovate often in the vast galaxy that is the multi-dimensional IPA style- from hazy, double hazy, triple hazy, to Single Hop IPA, West Coast IPA, Cold IPA, and Black IPA! We also invest a lot of time in our sizable lager program and we’re very proud to find the time and tank space for them. We love to experiment with fruit beer, sour beer, smoked beer, coffee beer, barrel-aged beer, and anything else we can think of - The Sky is the Limit!

Best Friend

Munich Helles
5.2% ABV / 25 IBU

A FAVORITE beer of the DSB Crew, brewed for the best brew dog. Single decocted, naturally carbed, lagered for at least 4 weeks, this Munich Helles is crispy as heck and refreshing AF. The aroma delivers notes of fresh picked oranges, light floral, and cracker. Flavor is smooth and crisp, with notes of cracker, oranges, citrus peel, slight spice, and a subtle bitter bite to finish it out.

Pit Stop

Light American Lager
4% ABV

The DSB Light American Lager is bright and crisp like a gorgeous morning in Flagstaff! Brewed to honor our historic "City Hall Texaco" Beer Garden building at 103 W. Birch Ave. We utilized the finest Weyerman Pilsner malt and hopped it lightly then lagered it for 7 weeks in our horizontal lager tanks. This beer is begging to be crushed!

After Thoughts

American Pale Ale
5.2% ABV / 48 IBU

This DSB Pale Ale is dry hopped with hand selected Yakima Chief Citra Cryo. Exactly what you'd expect for a solid crushable pale ale. Aroma and flavor notes of oranges, grapefruit, pine, subtle tropical, with a lovely balanced bitter bite to round it out.

Quiet Life

Hazy Pale Ale
5% ABV / 30 IBU

This DSB Hazy Pale Ale is a tropical fruit salad bomb with an aroma mixed with subtler notes of melon. Flavor is juicy and smooth with notes of tangerine and cantaloupe, before a light bitter pine balances this hazy pale.

Mountains of Mosaic

Single Hop IPA
6% ABV / 65 IBU

Featuring 65 pounds of hand selected Yakima Chief Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo in the dry hop, this beer brings that big Mosaic flavor you crave! While the flavor delivers peach gummy rings, ruby red grapefruit, subtle mixed berry jam with a lightly dank and resinous pine finish,

Westie

American West Coast IPA
7.3% ABV / 68 IBU

This DSB West Coast IPA is clean, crisp, bitter, with the aroma of fresh squeezed grapefruit, mandarin oranges, and zested citrus. Flavor dives into tangerines, peach, ruby grapefruit, all wrapped up with a piney finish.

Rainy Daze

Hazy IPA
6.8% ABV / 30 IBU

This DSB Hazy IPA is dry hopped and exhibits massive notes of pineapple, cuties, tangerine, lychee, and underlying pine on the nose. Flavor is abundantly juicy, full of tropical fruit, orange marmalade, citrus zest, and finishing with a balanced bitterness.

Vortices

Double Hazy IPA
8.2% ABV / 55 IBU

Everyone loves a good imperial hazy IPA, and Vortices fits that bill. This turbid brew is chock full of aromatic notes of mango, candied lemon, ruby red grapefruit, and pine on the nose. Flavor delivers a tropical mix of mango, pineapple and citrus before shifting to a dank and resinous pine finish.
